What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro adds consultant-specific skills for small teams — already available: meeting prep and Circular Canvas synthesis. Regulatory watch, sector briefs and workshop preparation are coming soon. Studio is built for agencies: your own design system on exported deliverables, a custom document corpus, and dedicated support.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. The Starter plan is billed monthly with no long-term commitment — cancel anytime from your account. Pro and Studio terms are set when you contact us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 8 days to try Janine, up to 20 questions, with nothing charged. Your card is saved at sign-up but is only charged once the 8 days are up, when you move to 200 questions a month. Cancel any time before then, in one click from your subscription page.
